Message	If you have the power immediately at a certain rpm then how does distance matter? Both cars are at their torque peaks and they floor it, who will pull ahead? I agree that at any given rpm the car with the most torque will win, but that doesn't say a thing about peak torque. You can gear an engine up or down to make more or less torque, not so with horsepower.
